Privacy Policy

On this page we will set out the privacy policy of the website. What data we collect, and how we deal with it. Unfortunately, none of this is funny or silly.

Cookies

What's this all about?

We have asked you if we can have your cookies. Basically, that means that we want to track what you do on our site. This involves tracking what links you click on, where you found our website, and your rough location. (For example we'll see what city you live in, but not anything more than that).

We collect this data lawfully under the lawful basis of consent from the data subject. This outlined in Article 6(1), 6(2) and Recital 40, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council, tailored by the Data Protection Act 2018.

By providing personal information to us, you agree that this Privacy Notice will apply to how we handle your personal information and you consent to us collecting, using and disclosing your personal information as detailed in this Privacy Notice. If you do not agree with any part of this Privacy Notice, you must not provide your personal information to us. If you do not provide us with your personal information, or if you withdraw a consent that you have given under this Privacy Notice, this may affect our ability to provide services to you or negatively impact the services we can provide to you. Your data is stored securely via our third-party provider, Wix, who do not have direct access to any of your personal information.

Our websites may contain hyperlinks to websites operated by parties other than us. Such hyperlinks are provided for your reference only. We do not control websites which we do not operate and are not responsible for their contents or your use of them. Inclusion of these links to such websites does not imply any endorsement of the material on such websites or any association with their operators.

E-Mail and Phone

Ok, but how about when we ask for these?

When you pay we will ask you for your phone number and email address. This is purely for making sure that we are able to get the product to you, and any hiccups along the way we can let you know about.

We will also ask if you want to be a part of our mailing list. This is so we can let you know about new drops and the odd promo code. We've only paid for 3 emails a month, so you're inbox isn't going to get flooded. Our stinginess is to your gain, trust me. Imagine getting my waffle sent your way every single day.  And, even if our periodic ramblings do annoy you, you can always unsubscribe.

Why Do We Do This?

Why do we want your data anyways?

We do this so we can understand how we're doing as a card selling business. Allowing us to see the aforementioned stuff, means that we can see how well certain products are doing, if our marketing is doing alright, and to see if you're back again or a new visitor.

We will never sell your data to any third-parties, or use it for any other means apart from what we've just stated.

Your Rights

So what's your say in all this stuff?

So, by the sounds of it, it seems like we've got more data on you than Barry at GCHQ. But fear not, it's hardly anything compared to the big players like Facebook and that window you still haven't closed on your incognito tab.

Either way you have the right to deny us your information, and tell us to get rid of it whenever. You can find your list of rights here. And if you have any questions then email us. We reserve the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy at our discretion without the need to make notification to you.

Hope that all makes sense. Ciao :)
